What we collect

When you request beta access, we collect what you enter in the form: your email, company website, role, the chat and site search tools you use, and anything you write in the optional question. We also record how you reached the page (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link).

How we use it

We use this information only to run the DemandGrade beta: to decide which teams to invite, to contact you about the beta, and to understand which outreach brought people to the site. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

The free grader

When you use the grader, what you paste or import is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to sort it into intent tiers, and the results are shown only in your browser. We don't store the text. If you give your website, we read its home page and send a short extract to Anthropic to learn what you sell, and we don't store that either. To enforce usage limits, we keep a count of grades per visitor per day, keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address and the date. We also keep a record of each use: when it happened, how many lines were graded, your country, and how you reached the page (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link). That record never includes what you pasted or the website you entered.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, and your approximate location. We use it only to understand how the site is used.

Service providers

The site and its form are hosted by Cloudflare, which stores form submissions and processes them on our behalf. Anthropic processes text sent to the grader on our behalf. Google provides site analytics.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@demandgrade.com.
